We finally have one!

I have always wanted to try and be creative and set up my own blog...so I finally did it! Hopefully Kevin will approve of my selection of pictures and such, but it's like he says "just write what you want and I'll sign it." We've known each other for almost a year and a half and have been married almost 9 months. It's seems like we've been married a lot longer than that and can't believe how fast it has gone and all that's happened in such a short period of time! Kevin is the lab supervisor at the Blue Bunny plant here in St. George. He get's to eat ice cream every day and still manages to keep his "girlish" figure. I am a nurse at Dixie Regional Medical Center and absolutely love my job! We both work 12-13 hour shifts, Kevin during the day and me at night, so we really don't see each other much. Maybe that is why we are still in the marital "bliss" stage!! :) We are hoping to buy a house in a couple months and are more eager now since we bought a puppy! He's a cute little white Beagle with black spots like a cow and big floppy brown ears. Everything we have been told about Beagles is that they howl and run away. Good thing for the newest invention of bark collars and electric dog fences!! He is currently being dog-sat by one of Kevin's brothers, after which my brother and sister-in-law have been kind enough to give him a home and start training him while we find a house...I guess we are getting the better end of the deal on this one!! We definately jumped the gun on buying him, but just couldn't sell him once we fell in love with our little guy. By the way, his name is Hitch (since that was the first movie we watched together) good thing it wasn't "Dumbo" or "Bambi." Hopefully I will keep up on my posts and figure this whole blog thing out! Yet another excuse to take lots of pictures!! We are excited to get into a house and have our little family of 3 for awhile...then someday we will have to please the grandparents and give them another little munchkin to spoil!
